After years of strong market presence, the company expanded its competencies and needed a refreshed digital identity to better reflect its maturity, versatility, and leadership position. The project focused on redefining Zymetria’s brand expression and designing a high-performing website that clearly communicates complex offerings, supports business growth, and delivers a seamless experience for diverse user groups.

The challenge was to translate a highly complex, data-driven offering into a clear and intuitive website experience without oversimplifying the expertise behind it. From a business perspective, the objectives focused on streamlining the process for potential clients to submit research briefs, improving website conversion rates, and clearly presenting the breadth of Zymetria’s services, methods, and technologies. Equally important was ensuring high accessibility standards, allowing the widest possible audience to benefit from the platform, while elevating the visual and interaction quality to match top market competitors.


Research-driven design built on data and collaboration
Redesigning the digital presence of a research house with over a decade of market experience began with a deep understanding of the sector, its clients, and their decision-making processes. Given Zymetria’s data-centric nature, UX research played a central role throughout the project. The process followed four structured phases. The discovery phase focused on market and trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, cognitive journey mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews. This ensured a strong understanding of both user needs and business priorities.In the synthesis phase, insights were translated into clearly defined problems and opportunities through workshops, personas, empathy maps, user stories, and journey mapping. The ideation and design phase explored solutions through flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture, supported by continuous feedback loops and iterative refinement. Finally, during implementation, the designs were translated into production-ready solutions, including a scalable design system, final UX wireframes, UI design, and close collaboration with developers to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity.
