I'm Magdalena, founding product partner, fractional product designer and strategist, helping startups and enterprises build products that scale.
With more than a decade of experience building digital products, I know how to develop businesses consciously and effectively. I understand the pragmatic rigors of creating successful commercial outcomes and I meet those challenges with strategic design.
I don’t chase features, I design the systems, processes, and decisions behind high-performing products and organisations. From product strategy to execution, I help teams improve conversion, unlock growth, and build products that last.

With the right process, we reduce risk, move faster, and build products that scale. Depending on your needs, we focus on one phase of product cycle, or move through the full lifecycle.
We begin with an intro call to understand your needs and goals. I then prepare a tailored proposal that outlines the scope of work, process, roadmap, KPIs, and success metrics. Once the contract is signed, we run a project kick-off to align expectations, roles, timelines, and communication, setting the foundation for smooth, structured collaboration.

My role often goes beyond design: I work as a strategic advisor, product lead, and hands-on designer, supporting each stage of growth, from idea validation to launch. I believe in a holistic approach to product and organizations, where people, processes, and technology work as one connected system.I like seeing results, solving problems, and making things happen, and I’ll always do my best to guide you through each of these elements with clarity and care.
I work in constant feedback loops, keeping the process transparent and aligned with your team’s pace.Every project and team is unique. I adapt to your needs and timelines, but I’ll always advocate for quality and guide you toward the most effective and sustainable way to deliver it.
This may include consulting with your tech or product team, advising on business decisions, or helping you navigate new challenges. For me, quality and continuity matter. I’m always happy to stay involved and make sure the product continues to grow in the right direction.
After that, we’ll have a short intro call to discuss details and align expectations. Based on that, I’ll prepare a proposal of collaboration, including a roadmap with three scenarios: optimistic, realistic, and one that includes possible challenges, along with a pricing outline.
Once we agree, we’ll sign a contract, NDA, or any other required paperwork, and we can kick off the project. Clear, structured, and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
Each project includes four phases:
• Discover (research and insights),
• Define (synthesizing and framing opportunities),
• Develop (ideation and prototyping), and
• Deliver (implementation and refinement).
